Choose Lykt if
- You sell stays or experiences, and want the questions built for tourism: place, season and who suits what.
- You want to see the answer per market, also outside the Nordics, and know which sources the engine read in Germany or the Netherlands.
- You want a fixed number of questions measured the same way every month and three tasks picked from the map, not credits you have to divide up yourself.
What we measure differently
Three choices that make our numbers different.

A map, not a grade
We don’t give you one number to be judged on. You get an Authority map where each pillar reads “You’re mentioned”, “Shared answer” or “Not mentioned” per engine, and each cell points to a task. A map tells you where to go. A grade only tells you how it went. See the glossary (in Norwegian).

Market, not language
Our unit is the market, and the language is a property of the market. A guest in the Netherlands and a guest in Germany can get different answers to the same question, because the engine can read different sources in the two countries. That’s why we measure per market, and add the market you’re going for.

Tourism’s own questions
The questions we ask the engines are the ones guests actually ask: place, season, experience, guest and market. The source mix we read is the destination company, the booking sites and the profiles the guest meets along the way. How it works.

What do the two cost?
NordicPulse AI states a free Scout plan and paid plans from 499 NOK/month for Starter to 14,990 NOK/month for Enterprise. The plans are split by AI credits per month. Lykt starts at 990 NOK/month for Basis and 1,999 NOK/month for Pro, ex. VAT, with a fixed number of questions and markets.
Which engines does NordicPulse AI measure?
NordicPulse AI states that it measures ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity and Claude, and whether your site is cited in Google AI Overviews. Which engines come with which plan is not stated. Lykt measures five engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Google AI Overviews and Copilot. Basis measures three engines, Pro, Vekst and Program all five.
Does NordicPulse AI measure per market?
They state that the analyses are built for the Norwegian, Swedish and Danish markets. Markets outside the Nordics are not stated. For us the market is the unit, and we measure Germany, the Netherlands, the UK and the USA the same way as Sweden and Denmark. Extra markets cost 750 NOK/month per market.
Is NordicPulse AI made for tourism?
